The eDocBox application provides users with access to the comprehensive eDocBox document management system, requiring an active eDocBox account for operation.

Eliminating the need for physical printing, this solution facilitates digital management of various documents such as service reports, contracts, invoices, confirmation slips, receipts, purchase orders, and declarations of intent.

Users have the capability to sign documents directly on an iPad, streamlining the signing process within the digital workflow.

Regarding digital signatures and PDF form compatibility, the application allows users to edit PDF form fields and save modifications. Signature fields embedded within PDFs can be signed directly on the device. For PDFs lacking signature fields, the app permits adding these fields accordingly. All signed documents incorporated into eDocBox contain biometric data and are safeguarded against subsequent alterations to ensure authenticity and integrity.
